Shipping and Delivery

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed before 12:00 PM local warehouse time on a business day typically ship the same day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Regions, Delivery Times & Costs

We ship from 4 regional fulfillment centers. Your order is automatically routed to the warehouse closest to you.

European Union & Switzerland 1-2 business days 5-9 business days after dispatch $10-$22 depending on destination, calculated at checkout.
United Kingdom 1-2 business days 7-12 business days after dispatch Calculated at checkout.
Australia, New Zealand & Singapore 1-2 business days 7-12 business days after dispatch Calculated at checkout.

* Note on Shipping Origin: To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible and prevent stock shortages, we operate an integrated global logistics network. If an item is temporarily out of stock at your nearest regional fulfillment center, our team may dispatch your order from an unlisted warehouse or central manufacturing hub. This internal routing guarantees your order is fulfilled without delay, utilizing the exact same quality control standards, and will not result in any additional shipping or customs fees for you.

Customs & Import Duties

For most countries, all applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total, no additional charges on delivery.

Exception: Switzerland and Norway. Orders to these countries ship from our EU warehouse and may be subject to local customs duties upon arrival. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order price.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For full details, please see our Return Policy.
